They are the only ones that offer a wide range of services, including Photo Booth, Digital Graffiti and Photo Mosaic, designed to create memorable experiences and connect with guests.
The Challenge
- The website was not optimized for receiving leads
- The Photo Mosaic and Digital Graffiti services are not known in the entertainment world, so we needed to explain what they consisted of in a direct and practical way.
- 360 platforms are more in demand at events than the Photo Booth
- Customer services are 100% for a medium, high and high purchasing power audience
- Geographic segmentation is only in some parts of Mexico City, if they offer service in the rest of the Republic but charge travel expenses.

- Landing Page Optimization: Two specific landing pages were developed, one for Photo Booth and the other for Photo Mosaic and Digital Graffiti, allowing effective segmentation and direct communication with high-quality leads.
- Automation and Monitoring: We implemented a message automation strategy on WhatsApp, establishing specific flows for each service and optimizing the tracking of quote requests to improve conversion.
- Advertising and Media Testing: We tested different ad formats such as reels, statics, carousels and UGC, identifying that Search and TikTok are the most effective for Photo Booth, while Meta stands out for Photo Mosaic and Digital Graffiti.
- Advanced Segmentation and Profiling: From the start, we applied strategic segmentation and advanced profiling of our audiences, which allowed us to understand and adapt our message to the needs and preferences of each demographic, including event and corporate planners such as Panam, who became clients in the first month.
- Ongoing Communication with the Customer: We maintained constant and effective communication with Foto Eventos, receiving continuous feedback to dynamically adjust our strategies and respond to market demands, contributing significantly to our success.
