Business Development Representative

We are currently looking for a BDR to join our sales team. This team is responsible for identifying new opportunities within our customer base and employing proven sales processes that build business value, evangelize our services, drive cross-sales/additional sales and meet/exceed revenue goals. Business B2B training and experience with value-based sales techniques and methodologies are required.

We are currently looking for a BDR to join our sales team.

This team is responsible for identifying new opportunities within our customer base and employing proven sales processes that build business value, evangelize our services, drive cross-sales/upsells, and met/exceed revenue goals. Business B2B training and experience with value-based sales techniques and methodologies are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Use prospecting strategies to make the initial approach to prospects in order to schedule qualified meetings
  • Write and adapt email scripts, call scripts, and approach sequences
  • Use social selling techniques to attract and originate leads
  • Update and keep detailed notes in our CRM
  • Design and execution of new strategies to attract our target market
  • Work together with the team to establish and share effective prospecting techniques
  • Help create updates and reports for presentation to management
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Provide fresh ideas that result in better sales performance and differentiate the company from its competitors.
  • Establish discovery meetings or calls between (potential) customers and Account Executives
  • Exceed sales goals for completed meetings

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • 1-5 years in an SDR, BDR or ISR sales role with sales objectives in enterprise-level and mid-market companies
  • At least a bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent telephone, writing and listening skills in American English
  • Self-employed person who wants to learn, grow and excel in their role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bonus: Comfortable understanding of the IT space when discussing high-level concepts such as business transformation, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, cloud computing
  • Bonus: Experience in the Fortune 1000 Enterprise market.”
