Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the main link between the company and customers, managing and supervising their accounts to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • You'll Manage Customer Relationships: You'll act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication to meet their needs and expectations.
  • You'll coordinate Projects: You'll collaborate with different internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meeting quality standards.
  • You'll Solve Problems: You'll address and resolve any problems or concerns that may arise, offering quick and effective solutions.
  • You'll Improve the Customer Experience: You'll identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional experience with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and data analysis.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management or similar roles, preferably in the field of digital marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
